Colleen is the Chef and pastry queen of Butter Block.  Her cooking philosophy - keep it simple and let the food speak for itself.  Drawn to the infinite possibilities of cooking, she delights in baking chocolate chip cookies,  finding a 1000 different variations and as many laughs along the way. She studied at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, where she earned The Greystone Star for High Achievement.

Ginny is the behind-the-scenes visual mastermind behind Butter Block.  She creates the imagery that accompanies our recipes and blog posts and manages the business end of things. She is a Buffalo-based photographer as well as an avid food lover.  She firmly believes that "Cooking is like love, it should be entered into with abandon or not at all."
